Mintsoft Holding Label Generator
Open the Label Generator
Open the app using the button or QR code above.
Enter the Mintsoft API key
Enter the approved Mintsoft API key. If this is a trusted warehouse device, you can select Remember API key on this device.
Enter the order number
Type the Mintsoft order number, for example PT-19983, then press Find Order.
Enter the number of physical boxes
Enter how many boxes you are labelling for this part of the shipment. You need one holding label per physical box.
Check the label date and enter box measurements
Check the date, then enter the requested measurements for every physical box. Complete all required fields.
Preview the labels
Press Preview labels. Use Previous/Next to check the labels before printing.

Print the 4 × 6 inch labels
Choose Open PDF to print or Download label PDF. Print at Actual size / 100% on 4 × 6 inch media.
Apply one label to each matching box
Make sure each physical box receives the correct label. Keep all boxes for the same shipment together ready for verification.
Box Shipment Verification
Open Box Verification
Open the app on the Zebra scanner or warehouse device. The screen should show Ready for scan.
Scan any box from the shipment
The first valid scan starts the shipment check. The app reads the order, shipment batch and total number of boxes from the label barcode.
Check the shipment details on screen
Confirm the order and batch shown match the boxes in front of you. The counter will show how many boxes are scanned and how many remain.
Scan every remaining box
Scan each box once. The app updates the box status as you go. Use Missing only if you want to see which box numbers have not yet been scanned.
Deal with warnings before continuing
If the app reports a wrong box or a box that has already been scanned, stop and check the physical label.
- Wrong box: the box is not part of the shipment currently being verified.
- Already scanned: that box has already been counted. Do not count it twice.
- Cannot scan: use Manual entry and type the complete shipment code from the label.
Wait for the green COMPLETE screen
Only when every expected box has been scanned will the app show COMPLETE · ALL BOXES VERIFIED.
Start the next shipment
Press Start Next Shipment, then scan the first box of the next shipment.
Three rules to remember
Quick troubleshooting
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| Order cannot be found | Check the order number and API key, then try again. Make sure the order exists in Mintsoft. |
| Barcode will not scan | Flatten the label, clean the scanner lens and try again. If necessary, use Manual entry in Box Verification. |
| App says WRONG BOX | Check the label. Put the incorrect box aside and continue only with boxes belonging to the shipment shown on screen. |
| App says box already scanned | Do not scan it again. Check the remaining/missing box list for the box still required. |
| Printed barcode looks small or distorted | Reprint at Actual size / 100%. Do not use Fit to page. |
| Need to abandon the current verification | Use the reset control. Be aware that resetting clears the boxes already scanned for that verification session. |
